As the sunlight beamed through the window and the birds chirped outside, we all knew that Mrs. Jurskis was excited about our socratic seminar on The Catcher in the Rye.
When my mom is happy the flowers bloom and the sun shines bright but when she is mad storm clouds form over her head all the trees will start to tremble from the wind and lightning will erupt out of her eyes.
On the eve that Hunter and Robbie emerged victorious the sun had triumphantly set over the trees which stood asserting their power over the rest of the landscape and the cool air of the night invigorated the spirit of winning.
The day that Noah Whall was born was during the highest peak of hurricane activity, the wind was always howling, the rain was normally coming down, and brought an inconvenience to everyone trying to take a plane home.
I watched as the dog aimlessly ran into the road and was smashed by the car. The blackish-gray clouds looming overhead instantly began to poor down buckets upon buckets of ice cold rain.
The day started turning around for me, turning for the good. I noticed how when the smile on my face began to grow, the drizzling of the rain started to stop and the dark clouds started to fade away.
When she heard the news of her mothers death, it seemed as if everything around her had suddenly changed; the sky was darkening and rain began to make loud taps against her window.
Upon acknowledging the deep sorrow growing inside me, I quickly gave attention to the universe's reaction to it. Blackened layers filled the sky above, powerful strikes of lightning made their presence clear, and an icy ocean fell to the floor washing away the rest of the color in the world.
The storm raged on and large beads of water struck the panes of glass on the windows throughout my house adding to my already depressive day and sour mood.
The Winter morning that Sadie woke up to hearty laughter by the fire and the distant ring of a brand new bicycle, the snow slowly drizzled down, providing a cocoon of chilliness, warmed by the fire.
The dreaded day rolled by once again: the anniversary of my mother's death. As I looked at her picture and out the window, the rain drizzled and slowly turned to heavy sheets of rain.
While going down the ramp jumping the Grand Canyon on my BMX bike, the clouds rolled in and the sky got dark. Once almost at the bottom of the ramp, the Grand Canyon magically expanded 100 feet and I fell to the bottom.
Rowan's sadness swirled around her head ripping through her thoughts, obliterating everything in its path, as the howling tornado did the same outside her home.

Donkey sat at his side with his lovely wife, Dragon. Little did Shrek know, an uprising was starting. Shrek heard the shouting from outside his castles walls and the bright sky disappeared. Rain started to slam down around Shrek and his companions. Shrek was shocked that someone would try to take him off of his throne, especially because he had just taken the evil Lord off of the throne and was preparing to lower taxes. This didn't stop them. The gate of the castle was smashed in. They were here.
As the storm raged outside, Lea did the same in her room; she cried, paced, stomped, and screamed at her ex-friends who had committed an act of utter betrayal.
As the funeral came to an end, the sky began to clear over the newly widowed woman. If ever their was an ironic situation, this was it, especially due to the rumors for his true reason of death.
As the storm outside his bedroom window receded, Willy realized that the scrubs he was quickscoping weren't as MLG as he was. He wasn't going to be as wrecked as he thought.
As Jonathan checked Veracross, he realized that Mr. Gallo's test was after lunch and that it was not a flip day; the clouds became to roll in as dark as the test's soul, and it began to rain like the tear's of the students about to take it.
As the rain was beginning to stop, Suzy was slowly becoming happier. She was beginning to forget about the tragedy that bestowed her; her aunt's death.
The air stood still, pressing down heavily on her shoulders, and the flag hung limp from it's flag pole. As she faced the crowd she held her head high, ignoring the glint of sun reflected off the axe held high in the air.
She sat on the bench, watching as her younger sister played with the others on the playground, and noticed that the clouds had finally parted and the storm had cleared up; butterflies were fluttering and leads were blowing in the soft breeze.
James stepped outside of his home to play with his brand new Ninja Turtle axe. He began chopping air and branches. He started feeling a moist sensation on his head and heard a boom from the sky. The next day, after a hurricane, James decided to play with his new shank. A sudden gust of wind tore the handle out of his grip and hurled it upon the mail man...
